A 4 hour workshop on Progressive Functional Pilates Training for the forward thinking Instructor.
The workshop is for all Instructors, non Pilates trained are welcome as are Pilates Instructors who have trained with other schools.

It’s been 10 years since Rachel Holmes created Fitness Pilates and the 10th Anniversary tour celebrates everything new with the concept. Rachel has evolved the technique into a progressive and functional system that utilises the original teachings with current and up to date research. This tour consists of 4 sections.
Evolutionary Fitness Pilates 2010 with Rachel Holmes
Rachel takes you on a Fitness Pilates adventure which takes many of the original exercises you have discounted or no longer use and bring them back with a fresh functional twist. Sequences and Dynamic progressions are also included in this intermediate/advanced masterclass. This is a practical session that aims to reignite your class, especially if you have got stuck in a rut and seem to keep continually use the same exercises every week. Using anatomical cueing and visualisation Rachel will explore new ways to cue and Instruct that will bring your session to life again

Men on Mats with Marvin Burton
Marvin teaches a fantastic new Fitness Pilates class that is aimed at attracting men into your Pilates session. The style is dynamic and athletic and Marv identifies common weaknesses in the male kinetic chain plus new info and research into the male Pelvic floor. Men in Pilates is pretty much an untapped market, this session could help you take Fitness Pilates into male sports clubs and add a new dimension to your Pilates teachings.
Knee, Hip and Spine Pilates with Rachel
Rachel explores these Pilates key areas and shows you exercise routines that you can insert into your Pilates classes ensuring your clients get maximum benefits from your classes. Understand how simple functional exercises that can take you a few minutes to teach will enhance your session
Kinetic Fitness Pilates with Marvin
Experience a truly 3d Fitness Pilates workout with Marvin as he uses a light barbell to add resistance and a gravity defying Pilates in motion workout
