Fitness Pilates Training (separate workshops for key stage 1, 2,3 & 4) 5 hour workshop
A 5 hour workshop that explores the Pilates technique and suitable options and class plans for various key stages. By the end of the session teachers will be able to construct a basic Fitness Pilates session suitable for the given key stage. Fitness Pilates improves body awareness, coordination, self confidence, core strength and posture and is an ideal class PE and Dance teachers to deliver.
