Who is this course for?

This year I am only running the course for Instructors who have either completed the 2 day Fitness Pilates course with myself or Kelly or have completed a Pilates course via another training company. This route will be the cheapest and most direct route to gaining your Level 3.

What does the course entail?

  • You have to attend the 3 day workshop dates

  • Complete the NVQ Exercise and Fitness Knowledge theory paper - this is a open book paper. You work through the the information on the Active IQ website then answer questions on a paper. You can use the website to gain your answers as it is an open book. This is completed at home in your own time.

  • Fill in the NVQ portfolio - After completing the 3 days you then have to get together a mixed ability group of 8 students and document your session plans/progressions and options through 8 weeks of lessons. You will par q the group and document how you progress them. This is quite a simple process and once we show you how to fill in your portfolio is very straight forward. You can even use an existing class that you have going. As long as you fill in the correct details you can easily complete this part of the portfolio.

  • Film yourself teaching a full 45 minute session of your group and send it to us for your practical assessment.

You have 2 years to complete everything.

NVQ Level 3 Pilates is not scary or hard. It is straight forward and if you are already teaching Pilates is the easiest route to the qualification.

We will help you every step of the way!

 

These courses are small groups to ensure you get the most help form your tutors you also have the course backed up on DVD and get 7 additional DVDs for home study!

The course is coming up in a few weeks will I have enough time to prepare? Of course you dont have to do anything pre course although I send you all the manuals and DVDs for you to start looking at the content and reading through you then have 2 years to complete everything.

Can I pay in stages? yes as long as the full amount is paid up before the course date.

This is a discounted price for FP Instructors and members of C2GO. And includes assessment fees, manuals, NVQ portfolio, Course DVDS and tutor support. 

Payment options

A deposit

£100 deposit secures your place for Fitness Pilates. Please go to workshops booking. You are able to pay a deposit to secure your place. The remaining cost of the cost is payable at a later date . Places are limited for the fast track courses. You will then be invoiced for the remaining amount.

Once the full payment is paid you will sent the course manual/NVQ portfollio/Course DVD/Level 3 Exercise and Fitness Knowledge instructions
