Ok I started at 10 stone 11lbs, I am now 9 stone 13. (12 lbs can’t quite believe it!)

8″ total!

I cannot thank you enough for the transformation I have had over the last 2 weeks. Yes, its been tough and at times I have felt lke quitting, but I am not a quitter. ANyway here you go:

I am amazed, not only at the loss of weight but the massive increase in my fitness 0 My husband said this morning ‘You are a machine!!’ Thanks so much Rachel, what a fantastic difference (shame about the baggy baby belly!!)
