Check out the Reebok Easy Tone
Blog / October 9, 2011 / RachelLHolmes
The Reebok Easy Tone is such a funky piece of kit, and just a few minutes of playing around with you realize the unlimited options and variations you can do with it.
I tried a multitude of squat and lunge matrix’s with both feet on the platform, then one off and one on with 32 different foot positions, there potentially are over 500 Squat and Lunge variations you could and then adding in height variations and power adds another 500 at least to your repertoire.
Turn it over and you have the squashy pods to kneel, stand and attempt to balance on, making it super versatile and refreshingly fun to use and explore.
Ill post some more videos and workouts with it over the coming weeks.
