FITNESS PILATES Newsletter 18th August

Firstly, A  huge thanks to everyone that came to yesterdays Bristol Activation Band Tour. Chatting to Instructors and hearing about the success of your Fitness Pilates community classes in the South West is truly amazing. 

When I do a  Live regional workshop one of the best parts is hearing first-hand how your FP classes are doing and what is working in the community and in your classes, how you are marketing and where you are going with your businesses.  And it’s hugely inspiring to see all the Activation Band classes that are now launching in September!

Fitness Pilates Exercise Ideas Mash-Ups

This week I’ve added the mini ball (always a fav!) and the Activation Band for a flow and I’ve edited the little clips together for you to check out.

Exercise 1: FP Quadruped rock and roll.

Exercise 2: Single leg bridge with mini ball behind the knee.

Exercise 3: Fun Challenge – Fwd/Lateral lunge with ball

Exercise 4: Ball scissors variation.

Exercise 5: Standing flow with Activation Band

Exercise 6: Lateral lunges with Activation Band 

 

Level 4 Pilates 

I’ve had many messages about Level 4 Pilates. We will be running the 4 day course at Virgin Active Aldersgate London on 21st – 24th November and I am waiting to confirm the final curriculum and pricing with the awarding body in the next 2 weeks. This will be a small group for the first intake and we are looking to run one course a year in London.
