Session 1 – Addressing Non-Specific Back Pain.

 

Kelly looks at non-specific back pain and the best exercises you can use to address it.

The best exercises to include into your FP classes to address non-specific back pain.

 

 

Session 2 – Creating Balance with the Posterior Chain

 

Rachel has created a unique FO Posterior chain strengthening workout addressing the key area to enhance posture.

This can be a stand-alone workout to integrated into your FP classes and courses.

 

How to create FP Posture Break mini classes and promote it.
