C2GO20

“London Nootropics adaptogenic coffee is designed to help you stay balanced, find your flow and elevate your day. Lovingly made with best-in-class adaptogen extracts including Hifas da Terra mushrooms, KSM-66 Ashwagandha® and Rhodiolife® Rhodiola Rosea, each blend is designed for a specific purpose: Flow for mental clarity and focus, Zen for calm, balanced energy, and Mojo for a natural lift!

There are great synergies between adaptogens and caffeine. Caffeine is absorbed quickly and can sometimes leave us with a spike and then a crash. Adaptogens help support the body’s stress response and can help smooth out that spike, helping you feel more balanced and steady through the day. Many people find they go from drinking 4 to 5 regular coffees a day to just 1 to 2 adaptogenic coffees, whilst feeling more energised and supported. London Nootropics’ vision is to make best-in-class adaptogens easily accessible, convenient and delicious – helping more people enjoy the balancing benefits of adaptogens and find their flow.

Our Zen adaptogenic coffee pairs beautifully with pilates, mindfulness practices and is popular with those sensitive to caffeine. It contains KSM-66 Ashwagandha® and L-theanine, which work together to promote a sense of calm and balanced energy without the jitters, and are the perfect blend for the Fitness Pilates Summit “

“Together with experts in nutrition science, medicine and food technology, Christian began developing products that combine enjoyment with better nutritional values. Foods that taste just like the original — only with less sugar, fewer calories, less fat and a clear benefit for the body.

From this idea came a concept. From the concept came a brand in 2017. And from the brand came a movement. Today, More Nutrition stands for what Christian was missing back then: high-quality, great-tasting products that make healthy eating practical, accessible and truly achievable.”
