Hi There, I ordered two courses on the 8th May – Active IQ Level 2 Cert in Teaching Physical Activity for Children and Fitness Pilates for Children. I can’t find details of the first course in my memberships section, only the FP one. How do I access the Level 2 course please? Many thanks.

Tried all was to access tonight’s masterclass with no luck ,very disappointed ,was looking forward to it 🙁
I’m booked on for tomorrow as well so could someone please run through how I get access. Went into my account, then orders, then my choreography and it was just these messages . Please help

On the screen I have my choreography when I go on it it brings to a chat area and on the top says my videos but nothing is there? Thanks
Hiya, it seems I am having the same problem as everyone else! I have just purchased the mini express workouts and have tried clicking on memberships,orders and am now in “my choreography” but all I can see is the above messages all asking basically the same thing 🙁 I also previously purchased 50 workouts for online and that too has disappeared. Can you please advise.
