Join Rachel Holmes & Kelly Reed for the very first HOT SCULPT Instructor Workshop – a practical hybrid live training for qualified Group Exercise Instructors.
HOT SCULPT combines light weights, strength, muscular endurance, functional movement and dynamic choreography in a heated studio environment.
You’ll learn the practical steps to set up, structure, teach, coach and market HOT classes, whether you’re already working in a heated studio or want to create your own HOT offering.

12:00–12:30 | Understanding HOT Training
Rachel will cover:
- What is HOT SCULPT?
- The difference between red light and infrared heat
- The potential benefits of red and near-infrared light
- Understanding infrared heating
- Fixed versus portable infrared heaters
- Practical steps for setting up your own HOT space
- Structuring HOT classes
- Temperature, hydration and participant considerations
- The rise of HOT fitness
- Programming HOT classes for different populations
12:30–1:15 | HOT SCULPT – All Abilities with KellyÂ
Join Kelly for a complete 45-minute HOT SCULPT class using light weights, including:
- Light-weight combinations
- Dynamic choreography
- Upper and lower-body strength
- Muscular endurance
- Functional movement
- Progressions and regressions
- Transitions and class flow
1:15–2:00 | HOT Strength, Prehab, Rehab & Functional Training
Explore a different approach to HOT programming focusing on:
Strength • Mobility • Balance • Core • Functional Movement • Muscular Endurance
We’ll explore exercise selection, adaptations and practical programming ideas for different abilities, special populations and common health considerations.
2:00–3:00 | Teaching, Coaching, Programming & Marketing
We’ll bring everything together with practical strategies for delivering your own HOT classes:
- Teaching and coaching skills
- Cueing effectively in the heat
- Exercise technique
- Working with different abilities
