Today we are sharing a glowing review from Anna who recently joined us on our Content Creation Day at Wychnor:

“Rachel has been on my radar since January 2026 when she absolutely blew me away with a free goal setting webinar. FREE. I walked away from that webinar thinking — who IS this Wonder Woman?!

I joined her supporters group (£6.99pm) immediately and have been amazed ever since by how much value she overdelivers. Every. Single. Day.

I used to spend £250 a month on a marketing group. In a whole year I didn’t receive as much genuine, actionable value as Rachel gives in a single morning video. Let that sink in.

So when the Content Creation Day came up I knew I needed it. But I was scared. I hesitated through a few of these events…

Would I feel not good enough? Would I be embarrassed for not knowing things or not being “there yet”? Would I be judged for where I am in my journey both fitness and as a business owner?

I showed up anyway — because Rachel was the light at the end of the tunnel.

And my anxious brain was WRONG on every single count. 😄

Rachel in real life is double the phenomenal she is online. And that is saying something. She is caring, authentic, passionate and genuinely inspiring — and yet somehow through all of that she remains completely humble, deeply personal and — I still don’t know how she does this — she remembers everything about everyone.

The group was just incredible. I felt supported and genuinely cheered on at every single step. And there was no school pressure — if you wanted to focus on just one thing, you could focus on just one thing. No judgement. No comparison. Just people showing up for themselves at whatever level they were at.

I also need to give a huge shoutout to two more absolute superheroes on the day.

Lauren — an incredibly skilled photographer and videographer who made every single person in that room feel welcome, seen and completely at ease. A genuine gift of a human.

And the tiny baby who attended — who was honestly responsible for some of the best smiles of the day. 👶

I left that room inspired by every single participant. Watching Rachel and Lauren boss their lives, their businesses AND motherhood with such grace and passion reminded me of what is possible when you just show up.

Which brings me to my only piece of advice if you’re sitting on the fence about Rachel’s next event.
