    Once you have been through the course and watched the videos I suggest setting up your first group as a BETA TEST. You could do a 4/6/8 Week Prime as a test to get testimonials and see how you feel delivering the information.

    I provide a lot of information in my groups. I like to educate my clients, discuss new updates and research as it comes out but deliver it in a fun and exciting way. Menopause can be a very sad and depressing time for many women and they may come to you feeling exhausted, confused and not sure where to turn.

    As a Fitness Professional coaching Prime, we provide a framework of guidance, information and support. The aim of the PRIME programme is to help our clients improve their health and wellbeing including weightloss as this may be adding to a negative mindset and general mental well being.
