As the Group Fitness  sector continues to refine its offering and extend services beyond the four-walls of the gym, C2GO has announced launching of a new outdoor fitness qualification.

Responding to emerging industry trends, Active IQ has introduced the level 3  Instructing Outdoor Fitness and C2GO will be delivering the first course LIVE on ZOOM on    XXXXXXXXX

The Level 3 Award in Instructing Outdoor Fitness is designed to help professionals move outdoors, open up their services to a larger audience and learn how to plan and lead sessions suitable for open spaces.

The phenomenal growth of Parkrun and outdoor fitness classes led by organisations such as British Military Fitness and Our Parks have shown how rapidly the sector needs to adapt to consumer fitness trends.

The Level 3 Award in Instructing Outdoor Fitness provides learners with the knowledge and skills that are needed to plan and instruct professional level outdoor fitness sessions.

Entry Requirements

Learners must hold a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or equivalent.

There is an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at level 2.
