    🏋️‍♀️ LBT (Legs, Bums, Tums) Workout Overview

    Session Type:

    • 30-minute fitness class combining strength, cardio, and toning

    🔥 Warm-Up (First 7 Minutes)

      • Music-driven moves with old-school hits

    • Stretch and mobility check-in: focus on stiffness, ribs, and hip area
