You attend 3 Contact days. On Day 2 sit the Level 3 A & P exam and on Day 3 Sit The
Principles of exercise fitness & health level 2 ( if you do not have this)
After the contact days prepare your exam portfolio for submission and film your exam practical class.
There are over 250 hours of preparation, study, revision, contact days, assessment, including written exam, practical and portfolio.
Level 3 Pilates is a detailed and thorough qualification and Choreographytogo Education includes additional teaching workshops relevant in a 2019 market place.

Who is this course for?
Anyone that would like to teach Pilates – You don’t require any prior fitness qualifications to take this course.
What does the course entail?
- 30 Hours of online pre-learning via videos online.
- 3 Full Contact days. On day 2 sit the A & P Exam.
- Complete the portfolio (LAP) – After completing the 3 days you will prepare a case study on 1 person including plans/progressions and options through 6 weeks of lessons. You will par q the sessions and document how the class is progressed. During the course, this process is explained clearly and there is also a video explaining the process in a logical step by step method.
- You can use an existing class or set up a specific practical exam class.
- Film yourself teaching a full 45-minute session and send it to us for your practical assessment.
