Today we celebrate The 90th day of The 90 Day WalkfitChallenge in Studio Live.

I set the challenge all the way back in January and many people jumped onto the new programme in a bid for to get more active.

An average Walkfit 15 minutes class will get you 2000 steps so over 90 days that’s a whopping 180,000 extra steps.

I teach the class live every day at 6am GMT and members from all over the world join me!

Walkfithas attracted more new people to exercising with me consistently online than any other programme I have ever created.
