The class flows through five intelligent phases:

Phase 1 — Dynamic Mobility
Joint preparation, breath focus and heat-assisted opening work.

Phase 2 — Balance
Stability drills that challenge control, proprioception and focus.

Phase 3 — Strength
Progressive, heat-enhanced strength work using bodyweight and functional Pilates patterns.

Phase 4 — Core
Deep core sequencing to build strength, endurance and postural integrity.

Phase 5 — Flexibility & Release

Who is the course for?

This training is for qualified Pilates professionals who want to add a HOT format to their schedule and teach safely, confidently and commercially inside infrared or heated studios.

Course Requirements

To enrol you must:

Be a qualified Fitness Pilates instructor and either hold OR be working towards Level 3 Diploma in Matwork Pilates

To successfully achieve HOT Fitness Pilates Certification you will complete:

An open book theory exam
A written class plan (one beginner and one intermediate/advanced session using the template provided)
A practical submission — film yourself teaching Phase 1 plus ONE other phase of your choice (either in a live class or to camera)
