Business Newsletter 19th June 2023

I meant to send out the Business newsletter last night but I have been HEAD down into a new website launch that we have been working on for a year or so, it’s my platform to live stream classes into and finally, we launched it.

I have been teaching classes via ZOOM and in a Facebook group for years and I always wanted a bespoke platform, so this year we built a new site and at the end of this week we are launching a brand new C2GO site, so it’s a big week – this will be the 5th version of C2GO since I started in 20 years ago.

It has been stressful with a lot of financial outlay and tech issues but on the whole pretty straightforward.

Years ago, you could make a sizable revenue teaching classes, granted community classes can still be lucrative, but for me, long gone are the days of hiring a church hall for £7 and getting 100 people in at £5 a pop, Great days! But sadly gone locally as we now have Gym Groups and Pure Gym Leisure centres and studios, Hot Pod Yoga and Boutique all within a few miles of each other.

What are your dreams and goals for your business? 
Where do you see yourself 1 year from now, 5 years from now and 10 years from now?

What is next for you? 

Rather than just saying “ I’ll never stop teaching” as so many Fitpros do when I ask then think of your lifestyle, do you want it to stay the same or change…do you need more revenue and what would you do with the extra cash should you make it?

As we enter Quarter 3 of 2023 it’s a good time to sit down and think, about what really is working in my business and what really is not and then start to map out a plan.

You don’t need to change anything right away but seriously ask yourself some questions.
