    Good Morning 

    We are half way through the month – wow how did this happen? The days are flying and the months are flying by! 



    Business Pillars

    These are the Business pillars to aim for getting dialled into your business:

    Website – A good solid site that you can sell products and programmes and have a members area to build your recurring revenues and memberships.

    Your Mailing Lists – Growing your list every day using social media and sending out a weekly newsletter plus making offers to your list.

    Social media – Create regular content that is customer-centric that you post strategically across either one or many platforms.

    VA / Admin Help – Very very hard to run any business without admin help in 2024.

    Your Product Suite – a mix of products ranging from Free for lead magnets up to an exclusive high ticket offer.

    Within each one of those pillars there are lots of subcategories but generally speaking dialling these in and improving what you have enables you to build income and a business.

    Where are you with these? Do any of these pillars in your business need improving?

    We constantly go through the pillars every week refining, improving and measuring in my own business and we work on this a lot in the FBA.

    Next week I’ll delve into each pillar with ideas for you to help.
