Friday Business Briefing – Wins of the Week! 🎉
Good morning, everyone! Happy Friday! I can’t believe it’s already the end of February.
- Wins of the week/month: Let me know your big and small victories!
- Let’s reflect on progress—where have you scored this week?
Social Media Updates & TikTok Success
This week, I noticed huge differences in Facebook Live reach—one day, no views, the next day, loads of engagement. Clearly, Facebook is making changes.
- TikTok Live is outperforming everything right now!
- TikTok pushes content to millions of people.
- I had someone join my online studio directly from TikTok—amazing!
- TikTok Shop is growing—cheaper than Amazon but slower delivery.
Are you on TikTok? Let me know if you’re using it for business!
Making Social Media Work for You
- Use the Notes Feature on Instagram & Facebook!
- The little square at the top of your messages—post class reminders, quotes, or updates.
- Trending Music on TikTok = More Views!
- Use music that has high views for better reach.
- Tag Your Location in YouTube Shorts & Instagram
- Example: “Pilates in [your town]”
- Helps local clients find you when searching for classes!
How to Create & Sell a Simple Fitness PDF Guide
If you want to sell home workout programs without a website, here’s an easy way:
- Film short exercise videos (30 secs to 1 min).
- Upload them to YouTube (as unlisted or public).
- Create a Google Doc and add:
- A title (e.g., “7-Day Pilates Program”)
- Text descriptions
- YouTube video links
- Images for exercises (optional)
- Save it as a PDF & sell it as a digital product!
This is SO easy and works for:
âś… Home workouts
âś… Personal training plans
âś… Nutrition guides

Streamlining Business & Onboarding Clients
If you’re spending too much time answering messages, you need a system!
- Pre-write answers for FAQs
- Save them in Notes for quick copy-paste replies.
- Use Google Forms for client onboarding
- Collect details & send automatic confirmation emails.
- Follow up after first sessions
- A quick “How did you find it?” message builds loyalty.
Final Thoughts & Next Steps
- If you haven’t already, fill out the Supporters Feedback Form!
- Try using Google Docs + YouTube videos to create a simple digital product.
- Let me know: Would you buy a fitness eBook or PDF guide?
