    Morning Check-In & Business Updates

Good morning, everyone! Happy Tuesday! I know Facebook isn’t giving much love to live videos lately, so let me know if you got a notification. It seems like Facebook is doing some backend updates, which is affecting how these lives are performing.

    Email Marketing & CRM Systems

I always talk about this, but it’s super important: Are you using MailerLite or MailChimp? You need a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to organize your business properly.

    • Segment your email lists

      • Have a list for face-to-face class attendees (even by day: Monday, Tuesday, etc.).
      • Have a full customer list of everyone you’ve worked with.
      • Separate lists for lead magnets (e.g., free classes or guides).
    • Clean up your email list

      • If people aren’t opening your emails, they’re costing you money.
      • Regularly remove inactive subscribers to keep costs down.
      • Use Google Sheets to store bounced or inactive contacts.

Do you need help setting up landing pages or lead magnets? Let me know!

    Using Google Forms for Business

A question came up about PAR-Q forms and client feedback. I highly recommend using Google Forms for:

    • Collecting feedback from clients
    • Gathering PAR-Q and health information
    • Tracking client progress
    • Sending out weekly or monthly check-ins

If you’re in my WOW Program, you’ll know I do all my check-ins via Google Forms. It’s free, easy, and integrates with Google Docs and Sheets.

Would you like a session on setting up Google Forms for business? Let me know, and I’ll create a template for you!

Health Discussion: Intermittent Fasting & Cortisol

Yesterday, we talked about intermittent fasting and cortisol levels.

    • IF is great if it works for you – keep doing it!
    • But if you have high cortisol (stress hormone) levels, fasting might add extra stress to your body.
    • If you’re feeling more stressed, readjust and realign – maybe IF isn’t serving you anymore.

    Electrolytes & Hydration

Electrolytes have been trending on social media, and for good reason!

    • They regulate hydration, nerve function, and muscle contraction.
    • Menopausal & postmenopausal women often suffer from dehydration, which worsens symptoms like hot flashes and fatigue.

How I Make My Own Electrolyte Drink

    • Coconut water (diluted with filtered water)
    • Pink Himalayan salt (for sodium)
    • Vitamin C
    • Cream of tartar (for potassium)

Do you take electrolytes? If so, let me know what brand you use!

    Creatine Supplementation for Women

We talked about creatine yesterday, and the best option for women over 50 is creatine monohydrate.

    • Recommended dose: 3-5g per day
    • No need to cycle it – you can take it daily.
    • Best-reviewed brand: MyProtein’s creatine monohydrate.

Would you try creatine? A fun idea: Do a 7-day creatine experiment and document the results!

    Understanding Insulin Resistance

Many women in menopause struggle with stubborn weight gain, especially around the midsection.

    • Insulin resistance happens when your cells stop responding properly to insulin.
    • High blood sugar & stress make it worse.
    • Poor sleep and diet can increase cortisol, which further disrupts blood sugar levels.
    • If you’re feeling stuck, assess your hydration, stress levels, and diet.

Would you like more content on insulin resistance and menopause? Let me know!

    Final Thoughts & Next Steps

    • If you’re interested in Google Forms training, let me know! I’ll set up a test form for you to try.
    • Fitness Pilates Small Equipment Certification is still half-price – comment “SMALL” if you want details.
    • If you missed the AI Workshop, message me!

Facebook seems to be acting up today, but hopefully, you found this session helpful. Have a fantastic day, and I’ll see you soon! 😊
