Morning Check-In & Facebook Live Issues
Good morning, everyone! If you’re catching the replay, bear with me while I share this live. Yesterday’s Facebook Live was a disaster—no notifications, terrible stream quality. But today, it looks like notifications are working!
Are you all getting notifications for my lives? Let me know in the comments. Facebook seems to be hit or miss lately.
New Music Releases for Workouts
I’ve got some brand-new warm-up and cool-down tracks to share from Pure Energy Go.
- New warm-up & cool-down music – stunning sound bath-style tracks, perfect for relaxation.
- Lit Range – slow interval workouts (great for 45:15 or 50:10 formats).
- Resistance 13 – my absolute favorite, UK garage vibes, great for all warm-ups.
- MX Fit – for original artist tracks (Pure Energy’s sister company).
Are you using any new music this week? Let me know in the comments!
Off to PerformX at the NEC
I’m heading to the NEC for PerformX today!
- Teaching Fitness Pilates at 1:00 PM.
- A bit nervous but excited!
- Tomorrow, I’ll be teaching again at 3:00 PM.
If you’re going, come say hi!
Celebrating Success: Cat’s Corporate Wellness Program
Huge congratulations to Cat from Darag, who just launched her 12-week Thrive Corporate Wellness Program! She’s delivering well-being, weight loss, and nutrition coaching to a big corporate client.
Corporate wellness is a slow burn, but once you get your foot in the door, the opportunities explode. If you want to break into corporate wellness, you need to:
- Stay active on LinkedIn.
- Send proposals to local businesses.
- Be consistent—it takes time, but the results are worth it!
Using Google Forms for Business Growth
Yesterday, we talked about Google Forms for check-ins.
-
Why use Google Forms?
- Free tool included in Google Business Suite.
- Helps collect client data (age, location, goals, habits).
- Streamlines check-ins for health & fitness programs.
-
How I Use It:
- For my WOW program, I send out a check-in form every two weeks.
- Clients fill in details like sleep, stress levels, nutrition, and progress.
- I review responses and tailor feedback accordingly.
This keeps everything organized and digital—no more paperwork!
Would you like me to create a template for you to use? Let me know!
Budget-Friendly Microphones for Content Creation
I’ve found some cheap microphones that I’m testing out. They’re only £5!
- Great for vlogging and social media content.
- I normally recommend Rode Wireless Go, but these new budget mics could be a game-changer.
- Once I test them, I’ll let you know if they’re worth it!
Live Streaming Into Websites with Vimeo
Many of you have asked about streaming live into your website. Here’s what I use:
- Vimeo (paid service but very high quality).
- Lets me stream live sessions straight to my membership site.
- No need to upload and download—saves time!
If you want a seamless video experience for your members, Vimeo is worth looking into.
Final Thoughts & Next Steps
- I’m finishing up the Supporters Form so you can see how Google Forms work in real time.
- Heading to NEC PerformX now—wish me luck!
- Let me know what topics you want me to cover next!
