    *Run a 4 week programme in person,as a Bootcamp or online – You could also run a shorter programme 7/14/21/28 days online. If it’s online you can do the workout as a live stream on Facebook Live in a group, or via Youtube unlisted (you will require an amount of subscribers) or ZOOM or Vimeo. You could  pre record your workouts and add them to youtube unlisted to send to clients or add them into a Facebook or whats app group. There are multiple ways to deliver.
