✅Pre Requisites

Must hold Fitness Pilates or Level 3 Pilates

✅Do you need a reformer to attend the course.

A: No but will need to access one for practice and assessment.

✅What certifications will I gain?

Fitness Pilates Reformer Certification accredited by EMDUK

✅What can I teach?

Group Reformer

✅What do I need to do for my assessment?

1:Log 20 Hours of practice

2:Create 3 lessons plans of an 8 week programme.

3:Film a video of you coaching a warm up and FP Reformer exercise.

✅Do I need to attend the ZOOM live on the 31st October?

No you can catch up on replay

✅Can I get insurance to teach Fitness Pilates Reformer?

Yes we advise using Fitpro insurance.

✅What reformer do you recommend ?

We use Align Pilates but you can use any commercial reformer. It needs to be a commercial reformer not a home / folding reformer for insurance.
