    1. I have no Pilates experience, but I’m a qualified Level 2 ETM/Gym Instructor. Can I attend this course?
    Yes, absolutely! We recommend attending as many Pilates classes as you can before the course to familiarise yourself with the style and movements.


    2. Can my workplace pay for my place?
    Yes, that’s no problem. Please email Rachel@Choreographytogo.com with the necessary details to raise a Purchase Order (PO) or invoice.
    Alternatively, you can pay directly via credit or debit card, or PayPal on our website.
    Please note: Payment at the time of booking secures your place. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve places without payment.


    3. Is Fitness Pilates an “official” Pilates course?
    Fitness Pilates is a registered brand and is endorsed by CIMSPA.


    4. Once I’m qualified, can I call my class “Fitness Pilates”?
    Yes, once qualified, you will become a certified Fitness Pilates Instructor.


    5. Can I pay for the course in instalments?
    Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost.


    6. Do I receive any course materials?
    Yes, you will receive:

    • A comprehensive PDF manual.
    • Access to our Online eLearning Portal.
    • Direct contact from your tutor before the course starts for additional support.

    7. Do I need to be a qualified Fitness or Group Exercise Instructor to attend the Fitness Pilates course?
    Yes, you must hold a recognised fitness qualification and current Group Exercise Insurance.


    8. I have no fitness qualifications but would like to teach Pilates. What should I do?
    You’ll need to complete the Level 3 Pilates Mat Qualification to become a certified Pilates instructor.


    9. What is the difference between Fitness Pilates and Level 3 Pilates?

    • Fitness Pilates is a branded, fitness-based group exercise format designed for qualified fitness professionals.
    • It combines classical mat exercises with functional training, flexibility, mobility, standing work, and is taught to music.
    • Level 3 Pilates is a formal, Level 3  qualification by Active IQ and delivered by Choreography To Go
