On Friday, we hosted a vibrant Fitness Professional Networking Lunch at the beautiful Seven Restaurant in Derby – and what a brilliant afternoon it was!

It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones into our buzzing community of fitness professionals. The energy in the room was electric – full of inspiring conversations, new ideas, and genuine connection. Over delicious food and drinks, we shared stories, business tips, challenges, and wins from the ever-evolving world of fitness.

One of the highlights was capturing professional portraits for all attendees – perfect for refreshing social media profiles or promoting your business with confidence. We also had a blast filming a fun reel that really captured the energy and vibe of the event. These moments always remind us how powerful it is to step out from behind the screen and meet face-to-face.
