If a complaint is in relation to a product ie Course/DVD/Online Video/Workbook/Event/ Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
If the complaint is in regard to a qualification Level 2 Gym/ETM/Nutrition/5-16/Level 3 Pilates/Pre & Post/Nutrition/- Please put in writing within 28 days of purchasing your qualification if you have not completed the qualification.

We’ve also added a link to this on the members area if you have any online programmes with us you will see it there and we are just working on adding a link to the account page too.
I purchased the online older adults pilates training programme, and received confirmation on 25th January 2019, but I have not yet been sent any information about access to the programme and cannot find access on this page. Please can someone advise me of what I need to do to get access to it. Many thanks.
