Can I take a Level 3 Pilates qualification if I’ve never taught Pilates before?

Yes — if you’re already a qualified fitness professional (Level 2 ETM or Gym Instructor), you can enrol in either the Mat or Reformer course. Level 2 Pilates is no longer required, as Level 3 is now the standard entry point for Pilates instruction.

No — this is a fully online qualification. All modules, assessments, and tutor support are delivered digitally, so you can study from anywhere, at your own pace.

If you’ve passed your Level 3 EFK within the last 2 years, you won’t need to take it again. However, this does not reduce the overall course fee.

Yes — both our Mat and Reformer courses are certified YMCA or Active IQ Awards and endorsed by CIMSPA. You’ll qualify as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and gain CPD points upon completion.

Yes — once qualified, you’ll be able to teach Pilates classes relevant to your chosen course: Mat or Reformer. You can work in studios, gyms, or offer your own online and in-person sessions.

Yes — you can split the cost using Klarna at checkout. This allows you to pay in instalments while starting the course straight away. If your employer is covering the fee, we can also issue an invoice directly to them.

You’ll receive a PDF course manual and access to high-quality, on-demand video tutorials. These cover practical technique, anatomy, teaching skills, and equipment usage (for Reformer).

Both courses include anatomy, posture, teaching principles, movement screening, and practical sequences. The Mat course focuses on classical and contemporary matwork, while the Reformer course includes machine setup, safety, and progressive programming.
