Lift lean is designed for the fully qualified instructor however depending on your previous qualifications will depend on if you need to submit a teaching video.
If you already hold a qualification in the following –
Then please send your certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org to log your recognised prior learning & you will not need to complete the teaching video assessment.
If you do not hold a certificate in the above then you will be required to send through a teaching video for summative assessment.
This can be taught to a client, group or to camera which shows you teaching your warm up for either the kettlebell lift lean or the weighted lift lean & 1 track / component which lasts a min of 5 mins
We will want to see your competent teaching skills, cueing, observation & teaching correction where necessary, also motivation & correct technique
Please send teaching videos along with your full name to email@example.com who will then send out your certificate.
When I do my Lift Leans I have a weekly shopping list and recipes and I theme the weeks, so it might be a Plant-based week, or a back to basics week or we may do add a daily Juice, as we get food fatigue so keeping fresh ideas for healthy meals is also key.
