Join me on Tuesday 2 – 245 on ZOOM for a 45 minute Fitness Pilates Pelvic Tension Release. I have created a series of exercises and breathing exercises to relieve pelvic pain and tension. Many of our clients are suffering from pelvic floor disfunction and I run though safe exercises to help relieve tension and stress. The class is prolapse friendly, post hysterectomy friendly, calm and relaxing for all.
