Join Rachel for a unique Fitness Pilates Masterclass designed to improve the posterior chain and posture.
Using light weights and the mini ball Rachel will teach a class using Fitness Pilates exercises that will strengthen and improve the back of the body.
Strengthening weak areas and lengthening tight areas.
