This is a hybrid course we are live on zoom for 2 hours then the rest of the course material is pre recorded workshops for you to complete after the live sessions

If you already hold your Pilates and Reformer qualifications and would like to confidently deliver safe, structured and age-appropriate Reformer sessions for teenagers, this brand new CPD is for you.

Designed specifically for the 12–16 age group, this course gives you the knowledge and practical tools to programme effectively for growing bodies.
