Learners need to hold the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat work or equivalent to do the L4 course.

How many days is the course?

Guided learning hours are 70 which includes attending contact days or watching these on catch up, completing all units including the Pre & Post natal LAP with E-Learning for this, working with Kelly your tutor ona 1-2-1 and your filmed assessment videos

What is the course content?

Your online lessons take you through detailed videos on Biomechanics and how to apply this with working with 1-2-1 Pilates clients, how to complete a movement analysis and put together a programme for a client you would be working with to help them improve their movement & function.

You will have detailed e-learning from AIQ on Level 3 Pre and Post Natal and receive a hard copy of the manual in the post to support you through these units of your Level 4 Pilates on working with pre & post natal Pilates clients and /or small groups

You will have detailed information on how to adapt your teaching with using portable equipment and standing Pilates moves as well as teaching you different formats of choreographic design including sequences, intervals, time under tension, Supersets, dropsets, tri-sets, Barre style Pilates and Advanced teaching skills to support you through your planning and teaching for the Level 4 practical assessment.

We have also added a Level 3 Pilates recap if you completed your level 3 training a while ago or maybe not with Choreography To Go

There is a bonus course for corrective exercise and pain management as well as recap for Anatomy and Physiology & Anatomical planes and axes.

You will be able to watch the contact days in full if you are not attending them live and have regular update zoom meetings with your tutor Kelly either on a 1-2-1 or small group.

The course includes 3 contact days with an additional day 4 which will be completed at a later date, either as a small group or 1-2-1 with your course tutor, to go through formative assessments and additional training needs.
