You could use a childrens ball as a substitute.
The ZOOM meeting link is emailed out 2 hours before the start of the class.

If you have external speakers connected to your laptop or desktop it really helps with the audio experience.
Please mute your mic when you jump into ZOOM and id LOVE to see you on your webcam, but of course, you don’t
have to have your webcam on but it’s always lovely to see you!

Really enjoyed this class, Rachel was fantastic and so motivating throughout. It was my first experience with ‘Zoom’ and although the sound was a little distorted at times it didn’t spoil it. We just have to get on with it in these ‘weird times’! Ill certainly be looking to see if more Zoom classes are available in the coming weeks. I think you should continue with these even when classes resume to normal Rachel. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you xx
