    Record Attendance at Our Final Fitness Pilates Training of the Year

    We were genuinely amazed by the incredible attendance at our final Fitness Pilates training course of the year, a one-day special held on 12th December. It was our highest number of sign-ups ever for this course, with fitness instructors attending live on Zoom from across the UK and the world to train and get fully prepared to complete the course and launch new Fitness Pilates classes in the new year.

    The energy was fantastic. We had a brilliant group of passionate, experienced and motivated instructors who were all keen to learn, share ideas and take their teaching to the next level. Days like this are a real reminder of just how strong and supportive the Fitness Pilates teaching community has become.

    Throughout the day we focused on:

    • Delivering safe, effective and inclusive Fitness Pilates classes
    • Refining teaching skills, cueing and class structure
    • Building confidence to launch and market classes successfully
    • Understanding how Fitness Pilates fits perfectly into modern group exercise timetables

    A huge thank you to everyone who attended. Your enthusiasm, questions and commitment to high standards made this training day truly special. We can’t wait to see your classes launching, growing and thriving in the months ahead.

    • This course is run Online Via Zoom with 2 live training days and online learning Dashboard.
    • Dedicated Tutor Kelly will guide you through the course at your own pace.
    • Fitness Pilates is recognised by CIMSPA, Fitpro and EMDUK Training Partner.
    • What is Fitness Pilates? Fitness Pilates is taught to music in a group exercise format and includes Warm Up, Mobility, Active & Passive Flexibility, Standing & Functional Exercises,  Mat, Stretch & Relaxation.
    • Pre-Requesite for Fitness Pilates is Level 2 Group Training, Level 3 Pilates / Yoga- The prerequisite needs to be Ofqual regulated or accredited by CIMSPA, Reps or EREPS. 
    • FITNESS PILATES has NO monthly tie-ins or fees.
