    The council ward with Spofforth in it is known as Spofforth and Lower Wharfedale.

    The women in this geographical area had the 🍏HIGHEST HEALTHY LIFE EXPECTANCY 🍏of all the council wards in Yorkshire as reported on BBC1 Look North News last night at 6.30pm!!! 👏👏👏

     

    Emergy Fitness Pilates  with Emma Spalding featured teaching her Fitness Pilates class wearing her new FP vest too!
