    Our featured Fitness Pilates Instructor of the day is Sonja!

    “Hello 👋 I teach Fitness Pilates in Notts/Derbys and qualified with Fitness Pilates and also FP Level 3 with C2Go last year. I teach at several physical locations and on zoom but by far my most popular class is Tuesday nights in the studio space at Decathlon (will put some pics below). Fully booked every week, 22 ladies with a waiting list. It is such a friendly, fun class and since we started in January new friendships have been made, car sharing to class and we have a very supportive and chatty whatsapp group. We have regular social events and next week are doing a collection for a local food bank, everyone is bringing an item to class to donate. Its the highlight of my week, a real mixed age and ability class but everyone adapts exercises to suit themselves and does their best. A joy to teach, I am very lucky 🥰”
