Hope you are having a great weekend and it was amazing to see so many Fitness Pilates teachers at the IFS Blackpool convention this weekend.
We launched a new Fitness Pilates concept called Fitness Pilates Studio at the IFS event which is a new templated Fitness Pilates programme for centres, gyms and health clubs which was so well received and we also launched the new Fitness Pilates TRX online workshop with Mavin Burton and myself, so its been a busy week.

IFS Blackpool 2024
There were some amazing Pilates sessions on the timetable and it was great to see Michael King there presenting 2 sessions. if you haven’t been to that event before it is well worth it. The Wintergardens are fabulous and it really is the best to get together in person.
