Good Afternoon FP’ers.
SUMMIT 2019 – WOW what an event. For the biggest SUMMIT todate Kelly and I packed the day with as much new and innovative content as we possibly could.
The aim was to present unlimited ideas and inspiration on where you can take FP in 2020.
There are no limits or boundaries.
With thousands of people taking part in Fitness Pilates classes all over the UK every day, the SUMMIT is a creative celebration of how we can use the wonderful teachings and principals of Joseph Pilates and deliver it in a modern way, encouraging thousands of people to move, exercise and become fitter and stronger in a welcoming, nurturing and non intimating way.
This year Kelly and I presented:
Power Pump Pilates with the Activation Band, Freshen up Your Warm Up, Partner Pilates, Advanced Mat, A snippet of the new Fitness Pilates Barre, Infinity Bands, and our new FP Breathing & Meditation module that launches in 2020.
***I will film the workshops and add them to the FP VIP memberships this week ***
Introducing the Fitness Pilates Activation Bands this year has taken the concept to another level and the Fitness Pilates Infinity Band will be launching at the end of the month.
It was a wonderful day and the Hilton excelled with customer service and helping with the event planning.
Next year we are adding on the Saturday a Business Building seminar helping you with social media, branding, marketing, PR, how to increase your revenue, how to take your business online, filming, editing, creating graphics, apps, membership sites, building your community business, events and much more.
