    Quick Tips To Drive Revenue

    1: STREAMLINE – What is really working for you in your business? Are you spending time chasing your tail and wasting time on social media when really only 1 platform delivers your leads and customers…. just focus on one. Double down and make your content high quality and informative, IF you have the mental capacity or a VA you can populate other platforms but if you are up against it time wise you don’t need to be on multiple.

    Qualification Summer School 

    The Summer school has been tremendously successful with many Teachers joining us to up skill in Older Adults, Nutrition, Ore and Posts Natal and we continue on this week with Lift Lean, Step Certification and Level 2 ETM. If you took part in one of the Summer School Qualifications I hope you are well on your way now to completing your qualification.     A NEW 5 Minute Mid Summer Meditation For Fitness Pilates Teachers

    Title: Midsummer Meditation for Fitness Pilates Teachers (5-minute session)
    Introduction: (1 minute)

    Hello and welcome. Today, we embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation as we embrace the energy of midsummer. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, exhaling slowly through your mouth. Let go of any tension and worries, allowing yourself to fully immerse in this moment of tranquility.

    Body: (3 minutes)
    Connecting with Breath
    As we honour the vibrant energy of midsummer, let’s focus on the rhythm of our breath. Inhale deeply, feeling your chest and belly rise. Exhale fully, releasing any stress or tightness. Continue this rhythmic breathing, allowing it to draw you into a state of calmness.

    Visualising Nature’s Beauty
    Imagine yourself in a serene meadow, surrounded by lush greenery and colorful wildflowers. The sun warms your skin as a gentle breeze caresses your face. Picture the vibrant hues of the flowers and the play of sunlight through the leaves. Feel the connection between your body and the earth beneath you, grounding you and providing support.

    Solar Plexus Activation
    Bring your attention to your solar plexus, the centre of your body’s energy. Imagine a bright, warm light radiating from this area, symbolising your inner strength and confidence. With each breath, allow this light to expand, filling your entire being with positivity and empowerment.

    Flowing Movements
    Movement is a vital part of our lives. Let’s incorporate some gentle flowing movements into this meditation. Begin with slow and deliberate stretches, reaching your arms overhead and arching your spine gently. Feel the grace and fluidity in your movements, just as you guide your students through their routines.

    Conclusion: (1 minute)

    Gratitude and Intention

    As we conclude this midsummer meditation, take a moment to express gratitude for yourself, your journey, and the opportunity to share your passion for fitness and Pilates with others. Set an intention for the coming days, focusing on the positive impact you wish to create in your life.

    Bringing Awareness Back

    Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, awakening your body from its relaxed state. Take a final deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes, bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
