You may already know that I’m based right on the Nottinghamshire–Derbyshire border. The studio you see in my videos has been my home for livestreaming and workshops for the past 12 years — and it’s recently been transformed into a Reformer Pilates Studio for our teacher training courses.
I’m also about to open a second space here — a new filming and event studio where I’ll be running HOT Fitness Pilates sessions using infrared heating. I can’t wait to invite you to join me for a class in the near future!
