Congratulations to Sally Reed on Achieving Her Level 3 Reformer Qualifications!

We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of Sally Reed of Sally-Reed-Fitness, who has successfully completed both her Level 3 Reformer Pilates and Level 3 One-to-One Reformer qualifications! 🌟

Sally joined our first-ever online Level 3 Reformer cohort and demonstrated outstanding commitment and professionalism throughout the entire course — all while balancing her studies, being a mum of three, and working full time. Her dedication and passion for learning have been truly inspiring to everyone in the group.

With a strong professional background, Sally brings a wealth of experience to her teaching:

• BA (Hons) and MA in Dance
• Level 3 Pilates Matwork
• Level 3 Yoga
• Level 2 Exercise to Music
• Level 3 Personal Training
• Specialist training in teaching children, older adults, and pre/postnatal clients

Now fully qualified in Reformer Pilates, Sally is offering 1:1 Reformer sessions in Surrey, where she blends her dance expertise, deep technical understanding, and passion for movement to deliver exceptional client experiences.
