Fully Online, Structured Learning

The diploma is delivered completely online via Zoom, making it accessible wherever you are. The training is broken into three structured parts, including three live contact days, each running from 10am to 4pm. These sessions cover the full syllabus and are designed to provide depth, clarity, and confidence in both theory and practice.

Interactive and Practical by Design

Unlike traditional online courses, this programme is highly interactive. Learners actively participate during Zoom sessions, practising exercises, teaching sections of classes, and receiving real-time feedback. Coursework and Anatomy & Physiology

All coursework and portfolio work are completed online, allowing learners to study flexibly around work and life commitments. The Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology component is completed through Active IQ’s online learning platform, ensuring learners meet national qualification standards.

Final Assessment

To complete the qualification, learners are required to film themselves delivering a 45-minute Pilates Matwork class to a minimum of six participants. This assessment demonstrates the ability to plan, cue, coach, and manage a group effectively. All assessment materials are then submitted to tutor Kelly Reed for marking and feedback.
