I presented 6 classes in 2 days! My plan is to teach the masterclasses with notes in my online studio this week and share snippets at 715 live.

Fitness Pilates Chill – A slow and controlled session focusing on alignment, balance and joint mobility
Aerobics Interval
2 minute intervals that accelerated in BPM with each interval containing a basic 32 count cardio combo
I really love this idea of simple choreographed intervals
Power Fitness Pilates Flow
Non stop flow with each move linking into the next.
This was an intense class utilising FP principals moving through all planes of movement
Aerobics choreography
My signature style!! big blocks of intermediate choreography with straightforward learning curves broken down,
Mobility Moves with the Yoga Strap
Taking my towel mobility concept to the next level with a fully choreographed multiplane masterclass – all standing and moving. I’m really chuffed with this concept it’s been evolving since the lockdown and I loved teaching this class.
Core Fusion
I have taught Core Fusion several times at Blackpool.
So I needed to come up with a completely new format!
Using new COVERS music from Pure Energy ( coming soon)
I choreographed a completely non-stop functional core workout starting from standing moving to kneeling to the floor and back up all to the music.
Resulting in a full 360 core workout that is functional and dynamic.
