This week’s vlog shows less of the day-to-day running of the business and instead focuses on presenting for Pure Energy and FOLD at the PerformX event at the NEC. It’s a fast-paced edit and I’d genuinely love your thoughts, comments and feedback as we move into week eight of weekly vlogging.
So far, I’ve shared plenty of behind-the-scenes content — daily operations, events, masterclasses and training courses — and we’re definitely getting quicker at editing and clearer on what to cut and what to keep. Each vlog needs to tell a story, and I always try to include practical tips and insights for anyone running a fitness business who might want to present, grow their profile or take the next step professionally.
On the tech side, I switch between my iPhone and Canon cameras, but I’m tempted by a GX7 or possibly a DJI camera — I haven’t decided yet. What do you think? Please COMMENT & subscribe i would love your feedbacks
