Fitpro LIVE 2015

What an event.

Being such a convention & conference junkie…..
Soaking up  the vibe and the atmosphere, networking, chatting,
is as valuable as attending the sessions in my opinion….

Ideas see to come to you left, right & centre
when you are at these places.

Getting all hyped up and super creative.

Excel is a cracking venue, easy to get around,
park and all the rooms close together making
it easy to navigate your self around the event.

I taught Organic Fitness Pilates,
which is a new
workshop & did a talk
on Social Media for Fitpro.

Both sessions very enjoyable.
Thanks to everyone that attended.

HIGHLIGHTS

Jenny Burrell’s sessions were rocking & so busy.

So many Fitpros NEED the latest & most
relevant  information
on Menopause, Peri Menopause.
The 3rd Age & Post Natal

It REALLY Is the topic du jour right now.

Phil Richards of course, hit it right out of the park
with his fast paced super informative
lectures.

Jayne Nicholls did Mr Yoga which is her new project.
It’s a Male FFY Class Option.

I also really enjoyed Brian St Pierre from the Precision
Nutrition team his Nutrition timing lecture was
very interesting.

Got to mention my fellow Brits 🙂

We were outnumbered
by the American presenters but we all taught busy sessions
with fab feedback & definitely held our own!

Katie Bulmer Cooke, Kelly Edwards, Jenny, Jayne, Steve Powell,
John Lipsey, Yvonne Radley & Helen Carpenter Waters.
All had a great time presenting.

Fitpro is a great convention, it has changed so much since
the early days 25 years ago which of course reflects the fast paced
industry we all work in.

Looking forward to 2016 already
