Accumulator Choreography
Music: Pure Energy 21 Minute Accumulator
Format: 1 to 10 exercises
Work: 20 seconds on / 15 seconds rest
Add one exercise each round, always starting from the top (classic accumulator style).
Exercises:
- 4 x Runs, 2 x Jacks
- Air Squats
- Scissors
- Tricep Dips
- Hops
- Walking Lunges
- Lateral Leaps
- Walkouts
- High Knees Run
- Burpees
How it Works:
- Begin with Exercise 1 for 20 seconds, rest 15 seconds.
- Round 2: Exercise 1, then Exercise 2, each for 20 seconds with 15 seconds rest between.
- Continue, adding the next exercise each round, until you reach all 10.
- Always return to the top of the list and work down, accumulating each time.
Notes:
- Simple, progressive, and highly effective for building fitness, endurance, and coordination.
- Perfect for group exercise, bootcamps, or any high-energy session.
