    Accumulator Choreography
    Music: Pure Energy 21 Minute Accumulator
    Format: 1 to 10 exercises
    Work: 20 seconds on / 15 seconds rest

    Add one exercise each round, always starting from the top (classic accumulator style).

    Exercises:

    1. 4 x Runs, 2 x Jacks
    2. Air Squats
    3. Scissors
    4. Tricep Dips
    5. Hops
    6. Walking Lunges
    7. Lateral Leaps
    8. Walkouts
    9. High Knees Run
    10. Burpees

    How it Works:

    • Begin with Exercise 1 for 20 seconds, rest 15 seconds.
    • Round 2: Exercise 1, then Exercise 2, each for 20 seconds with 15 seconds rest between.
    • Continue, adding the next exercise each round, until you reach all 10.
    • Always return to the top of the list and work down, accumulating each time.

    Notes:

    • Simple, progressive, and highly effective for building fitness, endurance, and coordination.
    • Perfect for group exercise, bootcamps, or any high-energy session.
