Booking Systems – Do you need to upgrade your booking systems and payment gateways, or do you even need a booking system?  Ensure that your website takes as few clicks as possible  to buy your programme or book a class or session. Your site needs to be frictionless.

Tech – Is it time for a new mic, camera, music system, better editing software or streaming software. Improving your tech is important and customer experience of your brand.

Your website – (Its a never ending task  to keep you website slick) BUT you website should be simple, clear and concise. How to sign up for your newsletter, your free lead magnets and your products, programmes and services should be  all  streamlined sales pages 

Social media -Go All in on 1 platform if time is short, create valuable content related to what year selling. Build you audience with your ideal client and be consistent.

Customer Experience – Go through your touch points from the moment you have an enquiry to the new client attending a session or buying a programme. Can you make the experience better, slicker, more meaningful and valuable?
