We started the day with group goal setting and business coaching and ideas, we then moved on to splitting off for one-to-one with Rachel, photography and tech help with Lauren. We gathered together for a light lunch followed by group help with streaming live workouts in the studio. The day rounded off with filming promotions for each attendee and a group roundup. Well done everyone!
