    How are you?
    I am typing today’s newsletter with so much HAPPINESS as I’m feeling a real sea change in the industry.
    Individuality and creativity is BACK.

     

    Here is my workout of the day:

    STEP 70:

    After having a long conversation with my good pal Jenny Burrell this weekend we felt there is a huge gap on timetables around the UK. We have either a million variations of HIIT workouts and on the other side of the spectrum Yoga/Pilates/Mindfulness but not much in between.
    My own Step classes just get busier and busier and I post the choreography every week on my INSTA – These videos get the most amounts of traction. Every week Instructors contact me about wanting to teach Step again.

    I am on a mission to bring a revitalised STEP programme back to the masses.
    I want to help Instructors have the confidence to create fabulous classes and encourage Group Exercise teachers to develop their own unique style and individuality.
    It’s time for a change.

    Our customers are looking for creative diverse rock star Instructors and a personalised experience.
    There is room for ALL Instructors. ALL ages. ALL personalities. ALL styles.

    Instructors who read the room and are able to mix up choreography and class content depending on who is front of them that day in that class.
    Encourage Instructors to choose music that motivates, inspires and provides that truly uplifting experience by original artists.
    Music that is seamlessly mixed together by world-renowned DJ’s.

    Who Is Attending Step Classes?

    Currently, we have a plethora of HIIT style classes and Yoga and Pilates with nothing in between.
    Its that GAP that STEP will fill.
    40 – 60 years  old who used to LOVE step back in the day:
    They want a brain challenge.
    They want to feel accomplished.
    They want an end routine showcasing everything they have just been taught to a wicked high energy track.
    They want to feel FABULOUS.

    What Are The Benefits Of Step?
    Because Step has so many amazing health benefits, we can reframe it and rebrand we will get STEP back on timetables around the UK.
    Step benefits:*Improves bone health*Improves cardiovascular health.*Improves MENTAL cognition – challenges the brain.*Stress Reduction.*Medium Impact.
    Every studio in the UK has STEPS why don’t you bring Step back? Talk to your studio coordinator.
    Do you run a timetable?
    Do You want to get your staff trained in STEP?
    Do you need a refresher in teaching Step?
